What I'm Loving Right Now...

Bronzers!! A lot of times, bronzers can look too orange/burnt, but here are two of my current favorites :)

   For an all over bronzed look, I LOVE Jane Brand Agua Ceuticals - Aguaglow Bronzer!

With all of the different tones, I've even been able to use it for eyeshadows too :) No orange here!

Now for a fantastic contour option:

Winner: Estee Lauder's Bronze Goddess - Duo Bronzer

Use the deeper shade to contour, or mix the two together and apply all over in an "E"

(across the forehead right below the hairline, on the plain that runs from the center of the ear to about the tip of the nose, and down under the jawline...Then do it again in a "reverse e" to the other side of your face) 

Fun little trick we teach at Estee Lauder :) 

Enjoy! You can pick up Sunset Bronzer at Meijer and the Bronze Duo from any EL counter. I always suggest the girls at Estee Lauder in Dillard's St. Matthews!

   This past weekend, I had the privilege of doing makeup for Emily and her Bridal Party here in Louisville, KY. They were married at The Gardencourt Estate.  I had such a blast working with them, and it was so neat to see their closeness. It was so sweet watching them all take care of her and keep checking in to see if she needed anything. Painted such a beautiful picture of what girlfriends should be for each other. I LOVED all of the lace and vintage inspired accessories and details Emily had too! Emily, you were such a gorgeous Bride. Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your Big Day. I hope we see each other again soon!

Congratulations Mrs. Quinton!

 Yay, Becca! I had so much fun doing Becca's makeup for her wedding a couple of weeks ago. She was such a beautiful Bride, and so sweet to work with.  It was so great getting to know her through all of our e-mails, and I really hope we get a chance to work together again very soon! I'm sure we'll find some excuse ;) I feel like I made a new friend. Helps that she lives in Shepherdsville too! Enjoy your honeymoon, Beautiful! Congratulations Mrs. Fitzgerald!

Congratulations, Raquel!

NPC Central Florida Championships

Greetings from Florida everyone! I'm down here for my sister Raquel's graduation, but my mom is a Personal Trainer/Wellness Consultant and had a client request to hire me to do her makeup for the NPC Central Florida Championships that she would be competing in while I was home. I had a blast doing it, and it was fun to add a little variety to my work experience. :) Thanks for the pictures, Dara. You looked fantastic up there!
